What does “research use only” mean?
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or dosing claims are made. You must be 21 or older to order.
Where do I find a certificate?
On the certificates page, listed by compound and lot number. Each product page links to its certificate too.
Which delivery speeds are there?
Ground, 2-Day, Overnight and Cold Chain. They appear at checkout once your address is in, each with its price. Every order ships with tracking.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@getvitalon.com within seven days with photos and your order number. Damage that clearly happened in transit is replaced at our discretion. The returns policy has the full detail.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Email support@getvitalon.com before it ships and we will do what we can. Orders cannot be changed once they have shipped.
